Brooke,

Thank you for sending the link to this article about Paul Otlet - a
remarkable Belgian librarian, archivist, information scientist (1868 -1944).

For those interested, there is much on the internet about Monsieur Otlet and
his work.
The website of the author of this NYTimes article, has photos of the
Mundaneum Museum and Paul Otlet's work. Check it out at
http://www.alexwright.org/

The museum would love more vivitors, why not call in when next in Mons.
Mons, Brussels, Leuven, Antwerp..Great Belgian cities. :-)

Cheers,

Irma

Salvete!

The New York Times ran a cool article here:

http://www.nytimes.com/pages/science/index.html

entitled "The Web Time Forgot" which lends further credence to my theory
that Francophones named Paul are in fact indispensable. (Not, of course,
meant to mean that other French speakers are less loved!)

It's a good read from a design perspective, and you can kill a couple
minutes when the boss isn't looking over yer shoulder.

Cheers,
Brooke
