[Koha] koha 2.2.5 problem with perl modules when identifying

hello all,
i'm in the process to migrate koha 2.2.5 from Apache 1 to Apache 2
(2.2.6), and as i use a new machine, perl modules are newer releases.
Everything seems ok, except that when i want to identify, i got this
error about perl module (!?):

On the old machine, module HTML::Template was at relase 2.7, but on the
new machine, the release is now 2.9

I found this thread:

but don't know how to "Put empty loops inside each tmpl_if", and i'm not
sure it is the right solution

Anybody else has got this kind of problem?

PS:
In /etc/koha-httpd.conf, i had to modify:
<  Options +Includes
to
>  Options +ExecCGI +Includes
else i got this error:

Options +Includes (or IncludesNoExec) wasn't set, INCLUDES filter removed
