[Koha] help for koha 2.2.9 on windows

i installed koha 2.2.9 on windows it runs perfectly .i can login from my browser by default password and user name which is koha.But i could not add any data in my koha system from parameter option.As i know if i want to work with KOHA i have to set some parameter from parameter option...so please sir could you help me as soon as possible about these problem.....
