[Koha] Z search, barcode and admin privilages problems

Dear Yonas,

If you are behind a proxy, Z39.50 may not work. I have tried this feature at
the Addis Ababa University Intranet. You need to talk to network
administrators to release the ports that you are using for Z39.50.

Regarding the barcode try this if you didn't do before: attach the koha
server with an ordinary printer and reboot the system. And try again.

Finally, you can setup different privileges for diiferent librarians. Yes it
is possible to set matters pertaining to circulation for the circulation
librarian,cCataloging for the cataloguer - for different library function
adminstrators. But it is better to have one super librarian who has all the
privilage to control the overall library activities. But if you need, you
can stiil have more superlibrarin - you can do this woith koha. but this is
not the case in most libraries. It is advisable to have a single
superlibrarian.
