[Koha] Koha 3 RC1 and debian package

Hi to all 
I need help 
i try to install koha 3 RC1 on debian etch
all debian package ok installed but one package i did not able  to install it (libimage-magick-perl)
when search it on package manager i did not find it and when to run:
$ perl Makefile.PL
i get the error Image::Magick 6.2 not found 
i need this package to install it 
what i do to solve this problem
