[Koha] Label Printing w/Koha

I use code 39, and outsource the printing to a company. 

The cost is a couple of hundred dollars if you need 10,000 labels. Plus
the label is in good quality.

  I'm interested in hearing from anyone using Koha to print Barcode
labels of any sort with Koha.
Specifically, I interested in knowing what type of label you are using,
the template you are using, and any issues you have/had have with image
alignment and/or creep on the labels when printing them.
