[Koha] Changing login from KOHA/KOHA to something else on XP Home Edition

Fran --

If you are using the username and password from your KOHA_CONF file, then
you can't change either from the web (since it is hardcoded in the file).
Otherwise, you should probably check your error log to see if there are any
messages that might help.
