[Koha] Reports

hi every one 
i'm using koha 2.2.8 on win amd i have a problem in 
Till Reconciliation: Daily Report (yesterday) 
Till Reconciliation: Daily Report (today) 
 
not working and appears empty . can any body help in this problem
