[Koha] Marc Frameworks

I'm working with the Marc Frameworks  in Koha 3.0 and moving everything to the  0 Tab so that we don't have to click on each tab when cataloging.  In doing so when I test the Marc Bilbiographic Framework I'm getting this error:

Test:  subfields not in same tabs

Result:  Not all subfields for the following tags are in the same tab (or marked 'ignored'
Code: BKS
Description: Books
Tag: 600
Tabs in use: 0, 6

I am unable to catalog anything using either the Bks or default frameworks.  Does anyone have any ideas or do I have to run something that I'm forgetting about or missing?
