[Koha] Upgrading from 2.2 to 3.0, not so smooth...

Also... If we'd end up doing a re-install or 2.2 to export the records, what
would happen to the item records? Will they still be there after the
export/import procedure. It's absolutely imperative that we get them
transferred to the new system also.
