[Koha] koha search option

I can answer at least two of those questions:
2. When we add vendors in koha it selects only one currency for the vendor
and its bydefault is $. Can we change this to Rs. or some other value.

A: In System Preferences > Currencies and Exchange Rates, you can add Rs. as a currency and set its exchange rate to 1. You may wish to change the other exchange rates now relative to the rupee, if you like. Koha will choose the currency with an exchange rate of 1 as the default.

3. Is there an extensive documentation available for koha. I am trying to
find such documentation but I saw zip files and they are not very extensive..

Please provide more information about qs 1 and 4. 
About 1: Have you added items for your biblio records? You might want to refer another excellent tutorial by Brooke at http://www.pakban.net/brooke/tut/revp1.html
About 4: Hopefully you've already defined your branches, and your question is in the context of adding patrons?

I have installed koha on Fedora Core 7 OS. Can anyone help me to answer to
