[Koha] Zebra rebuild running in crontab script?

From the output of the cronjob I can see that the zebra index is running successfully. But it doesn't create the index files. I've checked the permissions on the folder, and if I run rebuild_zebra under the same user that the cronjob script is running it runs successfully and creates the indexes.

Any other ideas?

You should check that zebraidx is in default PATH, if not, add its
location to path before running cron script.
Hope that helps.
