[Koha] Zebra rebuild running in crontab script?

I would check the userid under which the crontab job is run vs. the
userid who is the owner of the /var/lib/koha/zebradb/* directories (-->
the write rights to the index files).
Also the KOHA_CONF and PERL5LIB environment variables are to be considered.
