Did you try this?

I just had the same problem - turns out you're missing a cpan module

To solve it, I suggest that you try to do the following: 


- Enter a CPAN shell and install the CGI::Session::Serialize::yaml Perl module.  Here's what it should look like

# cpan

cpan shell -- CPAN exploration and modules installation (v1.9205)
ReadLine support enabled

cpan[1]> install CGI::Session::Serialize::yaml
