[Koha] production mode - trapped fatal error

[Joe Atzberger]

Iago, thanks for the feedback and level of detail.   I'm sending this to the
list in case any other users intend to install on Fedora9.  It seems like
there are enough differences to warrant adding an INSTALL.fedora9 document,
or at least a section in the other file.
