[Koha] Cataloguing error

Dear all,

I try to do cataloguing without using z39.5 search. But everytime i want to
add the Bibliographic record this message will appear.
- 1 mandatory tag empty
--- (tab t)
- 0 mandatory fields empty ( see bold subfields)

This problem won't happen when i'm using z39.5 for cataloguing work.
