[Koha] problem during installation of MIME::Lite(manually)

Dear member,
I  faced same problem during installation of MIME::Lite
I downloaded from cpan and install it manually but got same problem .
So anyone please tell me if i will leave this cpan module is it ok
for koha -3 installation
Or it may cause some harm.
