[Koha] The patron has a debt of $5.00

Dear friends,

I encountered a problem while circulation process with Koha.
We use Koha 2.9 with Fedora 3. 

When clicking on issue button after enter barcode, a message shows as follows,

“Please Confirm Issue:
The patron has a debt of $5.00”

I earlier implemented rent and fines.
Recently I removed rental charges and fine in item types and issuing rules. 

Request your help to solve this problem,
