[Koha] Koha 3 Beta: Itemtype icons won't display in OPAC

Thanks, Huck.  I'll dig deeper to find the problem.  It's just weird that
it has happened on every install I've done so far, whether an upgrade from
2 or from 3 alpha, or a pristine install on Debian Etch.
