[Koha] Search for a Supplier

hi every body 
when i trying using serials module and add a new subscription (Search for a Supplier ) (Search for Biblio ) not working and gives me error on pages . line 300- char 3 - error invalid argument - code 0 url://intranet/cgi-bin/koha/bull/subscription-add.pl. any help .thanks
