Yes, but that one's fixed in koha-2.2.9 as far as I can see from
http://cvs.savannah.nongnu.org/viewvc/koha/misc/koha.mysql?root=koha&r1=1.10.2.1.6.1&r2=1.10.2.1.6.2&pathrev=R_2-2-9
so you shouldn't be having that problem.

You are installing koha-2.2.9, aren't you?  Download it from
http://www.koha.org/download/
