[Koha] Automation Satisfaction Survey

Hi Folks,

This is the second time this has been posted to the Koha list, I just
wanted to remind everyone that researcher Marshall Breeding has set
up a survey designed to measure satisfaction with library
software. If you're running Koha, please fill out this survey, it
would be great to get as much OSS representation as possible. 

It's a very small survey, only 11 questions!
