I downloaded this, installed it with dpkg -i libmarc... but the installer 
has still the same errors. 

It still says:
verwaltung:~# grep VERSION `perldoc -l MARC::File::XML`
use vars qw( $VERSION %_load_args );
$VERSION = '0.87'; 

How do I uninstall version 0.87? I'm not very familiar with perl and CPAN 
:-(
