[Koha] Z39.50 Problems

Hi everyone,
I have Koha seemingly working (2.2.9), but the Z39.50 search 
function does not seem to be working. I set up the Library of 
Congress server according to the information provided on the 
LOC Z39.50 web site, but I receive a HTTP 500 error after a 
long delay. Here is what shows up in the logs:
