[Koha] FW: Error in bulkmarcimport

Here's a new one for me.  I'll also be doing some investigating, but thought I'd ask the group for help as well.

We've been uploading files and doing well, until a major crash. Had to re-install/upgrade on a new machine. Now files won't upload.

Any tantalizing hints on where I should look?
