Well, I for one wanted to try and test a koha 3 beta or snapshot. 
Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything on the koha website. Eventually 
(via irc) I was redirected to git.koha.org, but also there I couldn't 
find it.

(Note: this is probably due to my non-existant git knowledge, but still...)

Would it be a good idea to offer (assuming that koha 3 is already in a 
state it can be installed..?) alfa or beta koha 3 downloads?
