[Koha] Manual for each Module Koha 2.2.8

Greetings from the SEUSL Library, sri-Lanka.
I am delighted that I have successfully install the KOHA 2.2.8 windows version.
I wanted your guidance in the followings;
 
01. Can I have Manual for each Modules. I would like to add some bib data. How to add the data.
02. How can I  migrate my database on Win ISIS to KOHA
03. I wanted to enter the books in my mother tongue also in "Tamil" in addition to English. What I have to do 
 
I am expecting your responses as early as possible
