[Koha] Can Koha act as Z39.50 Server ?

There actually is a command-line utility for running a Z39.50 server with Koha 2.2.8. You'll 
find it in the z3950/server directory.

As far as I know, there is no way to use Koha 2.2.8 as a Z39.50 server.
