[Koha] Adding additional Admin users for Staff

Please remember to give at least two people superlibrarian privileges.  
I almost didn't do this.  When my assistant deleted me from the system 
accidentally, I was happy that she had superlibrarian privileges to give 
me superlibrarian privileges.
