Either activate the "Unsubscribe from this mailing list" command in
your email software (if you have one - if not, please ask your
email software supplier to implement RFC-2369 support) or visit the
URL in the header and footer of every list message:

If you couldn't see that because you use HTML email, your email
program is buggy.
