[Koha] need help in fine calculation

Are you running the fines script with a daily cron job?  I'm not sure 
what it's called in 2.24, since I'm not using that version, but it's 
probably fines2.pl.  You have to run it nightly (sometime after 
midnight) to calculate the fines.
