[Koha] No results in search except in OPAC using default theme

Im a new koha user trying to implement this software in a Public Library in Portugal. I've imported UNIMARC records with bulkmarcimport and 
I only get results of my searches in the OPAC of the default theme. Any other searches in any other theme result as 0. I have no erros in the MARC structure and when i made changes to it i run rebuildnonmarc.pl. 
 
Besides this i have imported the records with bulkmarcimport but i always get errors. First i got these ones:

Now when i try to import i got these messages:
 
ERROR ==> insert into marc_word (bibid, tagsubfield, tagorder, subfieldorder, word, sndx_word) values (33146,concat(710,a),11,1,REPORT,soundex(REPORT)) 

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Duplicate entry '1' for key 3 at /usr/local/koha/intranet/modules/C4/Biblio.pm line 1183.

ERROR ==> insert into marc_word (bibid, tagsubfield, tagorder, subfieldorder, word, sndx_word) values (33146,concat(995,k),12,1,0148,soundex(0148))

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Duplicate entry '1' for key 3 at /usr/local/koha/intranet/modules/C4/Biblio.pm line 1183.

ERROR ==> insert into marc_word (bibid, tagsubfield, tagorder, subfieldorder, word, sndx_word) values (33146,concat(090,9),13,1,33140,soundex(33140))

 
 
At the eng i get the message telling that the "x" marc records have been imported. The records seem to be in the database but something must be wrong.
 
I'm using koha 2.2.4  Any help is welcome.
