[Koha] Error in MARC::File::XML

I had a similar problem when doing a fresh install. It turned out to  
NOT be a problem with MARC::File::XML but a problem with a warning in  
an earlier part of the install. Once I cleared up the warning, koha  
recognized the MARC::File::XML without any further work.
