[Koha] Install on MacOSX fails at apache

I'm trying to install Koha 2.2.9 on an Intel Mac and it's not  
working. All the pieces work separately (mysql, perl and apache) and  
the koha install script completed successfully, but I can't see the  
koha web page on my machine. I'm reasonably sure it's a problem with  
the apache setup but I don't know where to start. The koha-httpd.conf  
file is in the correct users directory so apache is seeing it.
