[Koha] Not able to edit Marc21 subfields

Hello,

Please give me your advice:

Setting up Koha parameters: 
When i go to parameters and click biblio framework and after adding a framework, i then click on marc structure. 

The tag page showed  up and after clicking on a subfields link, i have the subfield page. 

The problem is not being able to edit the subfield (by clicking on the folder icon at the bottom).

We got the server error message. The error log shows the following:

can't opendir c:\\usr\\koha228\\intranet/value_builder: No such file or directory at C:/usr/koha228/intranet/cgi-bin/koha/admin/marc_subfields_structure.pl line 143., referer: http://intranet/cgi-bin/koha/admin/marctagstructure.pl
