[Koha] Koha Skins - HTML Templates

Which version of Koha are you using? The NPL templates are already in all of
them, the CCFLS templates are in rel_2_2 and dev_week. Just go to
Parameteres -> System Preferences , Click the Intranet tab and you will see
a variable called template. Click the edit link and you will be able to
choose which intranet template set to use. Changing the OPAC template set is
a similar procedure.
