[Koha] Dreaded Server Error 500

I have installed Koha 2.26 on an XP machine along with Mysqul 4.0.46, 
Acitve Perl 5.8.817 and Apache 2.0.59.

I get the following opac error log message.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Please make them very specific 
and detailed.
