[Koha] Changing framework from MARC to UNIMARC

Hi all,
  I am from Italy so our standard for bibliographic records is UNIMARC.
  I am trying to prepare a demo (first time) and I have installed on windows (xp). 
  Now I'm pretty sure that I didn't have a choice between a MARC or UNIMARC or MARC 21 framework during installation and when I went to configure tag structure I found a MARC framework. 
  Now I need to switch to UNIMARC and being a  cataloguer I have quite a big problem with that so any support would be immensely appreciated ...
