[Koha] changes to preferences - how to update?

Hi all,

I think this must be an easy question, but I could not find the answer.
We made some changes in the preferences (Koha 2.2.5) for the limit of issues. I vaguely remember I have to run some script to update, but I can't remember what it's called...
