[Koha] Email account changes to admin

Hi all,

The librarians who manage the Koha installation I maintain would like 
for user account change requests to be emailed to them. Apparently there 
is a method to do this, built into Koha?

I've had a look on Kohadocs and the lists but couldn't find how to do 
it. If anyone can give me some advice or point me to instructions that 
would be great.
