[Koha] OPAC-only installs?

I think the short answer is probably "no" unless you're up for some 
serious programming. It would depend on Sirsi and how easy it is to get 
another system talking to it.

Someone else who's worked with Sirsi might have more idea on the 
practicalities of that.
