[Koha] z3950 server

Dear All;
 
I am interested to implement the z3950 server, for regional purpose. so after install the perquisites I run zed-koha-server.pl at /usr/local/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/z3950/server directory in following format  
 ./zed-koha-server.pl tcp:lib.arums.ac.ir:210
 After displaying foregoing message, it got running:

but using the z3950 client( Mercury Z3950 client 1.2.1)  did not retrieve any record. the consol in server side said:

I tried several times with isbn, title and author, the result was "0", so it seems I got a problem, and looking to hear the solution, thanks in advance.
