[Koha] How to associate a readinf fee with each book?

Hi all,

I have just installed Koha2.2.4 for windows and have the following question.

I am trying to build a library system for renting out books and each book
has a reading fee associated with it. Does koha support this? Or is there a
work around for this purpose? My library rules state that a fine of 1% of
the reading fee is to be applied if the book is returned after its due date.
Has anyone done something similar to implement this? If so, please  share
ideas or give me pointers.

I am totally new to perl and Koha, so appreciate any information.
