[Koha] A Question about translating Koha

Hello everyone,
I was translating Koha to tyhe arabic language. I used the two .po files
(css_opac and default_intranet). I am about done with them. However I have two
questions:

- How can I apply the translation to my existing Koha installation?
- How can I contribute my translation back to the Koha community?
