[Koha] Report on issues/returns

1. How can I get a report of all the issues and returns in a given period,
like yesterday? The report should include the details of the book issued and
to whom, etc.

2. Could you pls give some idea of the expected release date of Koha 3.0 as
I am putting everything on hold till it is released.
