[Koha] reinstal of koha (atleast mysql part of it)

Hello, 

I think I have the myself permissions figured out.  I got in to the mysql> as root, but now when I do SHOW DATABASES  or TABLES is doesn't list any.  I think I may have wiped out my Koha tables, or DB that were created during the install.  Is there a to reinstall Koha?
