You need to know the name of the server, the url, the port number and the 
database format.  
eg host CLIVE, urt lib.ci.clive.ia.us, port 210, database innopac
When you add a new server, be sure to include a non-zero ranking, otherwise it 
won't be searched.  You also should restart the Z3950 daemon.
