[Koha] help with server error: error 500

hello everyone -- 

after 1.) having my network service down for several days and 2.)
reloading mysql, i am getting the following server error on koha (on
windows xp):

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your
request.

Error message:
Premature end of script headers:  mainpage.pl

Error 500

intranet

what can i do to fix this?
