[Koha] Copying MARC_Subfield_Structure

I have v.2.2.4Koha on windows.
   
  I would like to make a copy of the MARC subfield file under c:\usr\koha224\cgi-bin\admin\marc_subfield... since this is a pl file... how can I copy it to a disk and save it to a different computer?
