That's a problem with the Net::Z3950 Perl module that Koha uses -- it
hasn't been ported to Windows (nor Mac OS X), so your Z3950 search button
won't work.  I'm pretty sure that's going to improve with version 3.0, and
I suspect many of our MySQL problems will go away by then, too.
